Ideal for medium - large breeds of dog. Breeds from Border Collie/Spaniel upwards.

Shipping from United Kingdom

When placing an order with us, please make sure that your delivery address is the correct address that you would like your item(s) sent to.
Once the payment has been received and we have made your item(s), we will send to the address stated on your invoice.

We post throughout the week, avoiding weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas.
If you need an item by a certain date, as it is for a gift etc. please inform us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

UK Refund Policy:
If you haven't received your item(s) within 2 weeks after we have posted your order, please contact us so that we can sort this out with you. We have said 2 weeks as sometimes packages can get delayed for unknown reasons.
If your item(s) arrive and you are unhappy with them or they are damaged (which they shouldn't be), then please contact us so that we can sort out a replacement or refund for you.

Everywhere Else (all other countries in the world) Refund Policy:
If you haven't received your item(s) within 3 - 4 weeks after we have posted your order, please contact us so that we can sort this out with you. We have said 3 - 4 weeks as posting to other countries does take longer due to being shipped/flown to your country etc.
If your item(s) arrive and you are unhappy with them or they are damaged (which they shouldn't be), then please contact us so that we can sort out a replacement or refund for you.

If items are to be returned to us for an exchange or refund, postage costs are to be paid by the customer and this is at your own expense (this postage will NOT be refunded).

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot always offer a replacement item as some of our items are unique or we are unable to re-make the same items again. We are happy to offer an alternative replacement of the same value (excluding postage).
